Very true.. One should have the guts to say NO. Especially when you are dealing in the marketing field or in sales. The posture to accept and reject are very important.

I love what you've said here ...

Being in sales myself you can sometimes be put on the spot and be made to feel like a worm. But through experience and great mentors around me I've been able to develop posture and confidence I could of never imagined myself to have.

Just the other week I had a potential client want to do the deal but there were certain policies and procedures we have in our business that he didn't like. He wanted me to change the rules for him in order to do business. Well I had to say "No" (which was extremeley scary to do) ...

Sometimes you have to have the posture to say... "No" rather than stressing about "Oh, but it's a sale"... I can confidently say that because I had the posture to say "No" I can now get on with the clients that say "Yes" ...

Have a great day!
