To walk in humility is not to be used as a doormat. Stand tall in the knowledge that you have been created for greatness. Know this. You have been born for a time such as this. So be proud of who you are, of what you know and for what you can do.
When God created you He knew that He was creating something unique, something extremely precious and special.
You have a gift upon your life that no other human has been given. So be yourself. And take that gift and unwrap it so that we, as the recipients of the gift of your life that you offer, can receive it with great joy.
If your gift is to write, then write. If it is to paint, then paint. To speak, then speak. To build, then build. To compose, then compose. To support, then support. To create, then create.
But whatever you do, don’t do it half-heartedly. Do it with passion, and with a conviction that you have something of incredible value to offer the world.

The more I study successful people, the more I realize that success, or rather success as we perceive it and have thrust upon us via the media, is an incredibly fleeting thing.
To me, success that lasts a moment and then turns into devastating defeat and disaster, is pointless success. It’s a total waste of a human life. Far better no success than to have a result such as that in a life.
To me, true success is the success that lasts. It is the type of success that allows us to live well and to live long. In addition, it allows us to leave a living legacy for the generations that follow us. That, to me, is the true nature of true success.

There have been times in the past when potential clients have put my sales team on the spot by demanding, ‘Convince me that I need….’ whatever product they require. They then lean back in their chair as if they are waiting for some performance to be performed. Now at times this can prove to be rather threatening, especially for a novice. But someone who has posture will be unphased by such a statement, and in this article I want to present to you a strategy that will help you to rise above any condescending approach that is thrust upon you.
Respond in your mind by stating, ‘Excuse me. Convince me that you are worthy to become my client.’ Now to some, that may smack of arrogance – but the fact is that if you don’t ooze belief, out of every particle of your being, you will find yourself being used as a doormat.
When it comes to business, to friendship and to any other relationship, I am selective. Why? Because my life depends upon it.
