Character is the inherent complex of attributes that determines a person’s moral and ethical actions and reactions. It also speaks to me of moral rectitude. And rectitude is defined as righteousness as a consequence of being honorable and honest.
I have lived long enough to observe the outworking of lives lived with or without character.
Now please do not misunderstand me. Bad things still happen to good people. But there are those whom I have, in the past, perceived as being the possessors of a flawed character, who are now either dead, destroyed, imprisoned, or are currently under-performing in respect to their full potential. I do not stand in judgment. I simply observe.
Those whom I viewed as having strong moral character, on the other hand, no matter what life has thrown at them, have gone on from strength to strength, and continue to grow stronger, in both character and influence, with each passing year.

The final speech of our life will be the one that is remembered throughout the generations. And you and I will spend a lifetime preparing that dissertation.
So what thought, what planning, what platform are you creating for that final analysis of a life lived on planet earth? For the rehearsal is participated in every day that we breathe, with every word uttered and with every act expressed.
Many discard the moments as if they are only scraps that can be easily tossed aside. But let me enlighten you by revealing to you that every second wasted is as a diamond lost.

There is a flame that is lit within my heart every time that I consult with a great mind. It is often sparked by a book, a conversation, a speech, a movie, a song, a scene or even a sign.
And if I am ever ready to be lit up with inspiration, there is an immediate point of ignition from which creative thought, accompanied by corresponding action, is loosed – like rocket fuel. It causes an explosion, and I cannot but be inspired to be transformed into ‘the creator’.
But the fuel best foraged for such momentous events is a life filled with expectation to receive. That alone prepares the recipient for the flash.

Wisdom is a gift that comes from God. Many are offered this precious gift, but few open the wrapping that contains the priceless jewel that is contained within. For much of wisdom’s nature is founded in the little used common sense that tends to evade many in their journey through life.
And with it comes intuition – ‘the immediate awareness of a concept of truth that is achieved without perception, memory, or reasoning.’ Intuition foresees disaster and creates a plan that will take a higher road. Intuition perceives the character of another from which, as a result of that intuition, an individual chooses to include that one in their inner circle or either treat them with respect while at the same time bidding them goodbye.
