Hi,

This is so true. I read once of someone who said they'd met old people at 20 and young people at 80.

I was just saying to my husband a couple of days ago that apart from the fact that the mathematical equation adds up to more years, if I didn't know I was physically growing older, I actually am feeling much younger at 33 then at 23! A lot of it is how you think upstairs!

So yes, you can grow younger..... may be the peace of mind makes up for the wrinkles!!:)

Thanks for this article.

I couldn't agree with you more. Why do people want to spend years learning what they have all those year and then throwing in the towel and say, "OK I'm done."

My thought is that when you are through learning that means your DEAD!
End of story. I don't care how old you are you should learn something new every day.

That is my thought and thanks for 4 steps in growing young. You are right on..
