I like your dedication towards studying and learning.  And I agree wholeheartedly with your comment on overnight successes taking years.  So true!  People tend to live in the NOW and see the end result, not all the hard work behind it.  One thing though ... I wish schools, parents, and even companies would teach concepts like motivation, goal setting, and planning for the future. It would make a big difference.
